Lift Stations, Storm Water Vaults, Clarifiers & Sludge Pits

The all new EP-1100 Series is a mechanical, wastewater conditioning system for lift stations, storm water vaults, clarifiers and sludge pits, keeping them free of all organic and biological build-up. The system operates by recycling a fractional amount of discharged flow back into the well.  The result is a self-sustaining, “green” solution that enhances aerobic activity and automates well structure cleaning.

 Wastewater Conditioning & Cleaning System

The EP-1300 Series is a mechanical system for lift stations that conditions wastewater and keeps the well free of all organic build-up. The system operates by returning a small stream of wastewater from the discharge line back into the well.  The result is a self-sustaining, environmentally friendly, “green” solution that enhances aerobic activity and keeps the well clean.

Automates Removal of Fat, Oil, Grease, and Biofilm

The all new EP-700 Series are mechanical wastewater conditioning and cleaning systems designed to keep lift stations free of all organic and biological build-up. Lift station wastewater conditioning occurs through an ongoing process of surface agitation to prevent biofilm build-up, oxygenation to increase dissolved oxygen and homogenization where FOG is made soluble and solids are broken down. The combination of these factors promotes aerobic activity with the effluent flow quality becoming consistent and predictable.

  Ideal for High Ragging Environments

The EP-300 Series is a single output mechanical system for wastewater conditioning and cleaning of lift stations. Like other Anue mechanical systems the EP-300 series are designed to keep lift stations free of all organic and bio-organic build-up while adding oxygen and homogenizing the wastewater.

Automated Grinder Station Cleaning System

Costly, repeated grinder station clean-out is now eliminated with the all new HydroSpear (HS) Series. Installed by a tap of the discharge main, the HS returns a small fraction of the discharge flow back into the station. In the process fat, oils and grease (FOG) is eliminated along with biofilm and other organic build-up.
